Shipping and returns
Shipping
Elleci items are shipped from Italy. Shipping takes about 3/4 working days to be delivered, it may take longer for delivery to the Islands.
Courier used: Poste Italiane
Shipping costs: €6.90
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to keep track of your shipment.
Right of withdrawal
If the Elleci item you received has any defects, you can contact us in the "Contacts" section indicating: name, surname, order number, explaining the problem encountered and attaching photographs.

If you wish to return one or more products, you must meet some conditions:
- the product must be returned intact with all its parts (including labels, packaging and any free gifts).
- the product must not have been used or washed.
- Shipping costs incurred for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
The return request must be made within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.

Remember to keep the shipping receipt. Elleci is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
Reimbursement
The return will be processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to the address indicated above (warehouse).
All costs incurred by the customer will be refunded, except shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or alternatively, via bank transfer.
In the event that the returned products are found to be non-compliant with the above, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return, returning the damaged or non-compliant goods to the Buyer. Once the conformity of the returned products has been verified, the Seller undertakes to refund, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, the amount paid by the Buyer at the time of purchase.
